CRS Data is excited to launch our newest feature: Short Term Rental Opportunity. This new data shows property rental estimates related to annual revenue, average daily rate and occupancy rate to help you gauge the potential value of short term rental opportunities.

This new information is available as a section on the Property Report and as a layer on the Property Report Large Map and Advanced Search Large Map. Watch the video tutorial below for the Short Term Rental Opportunity features:
